Navigating the landscape from the junior level to collegiate athlete can be a daunting task. Junior golfers and their parents have to decide which tournaments to play, how many tournaments to play, which schools would be a good fit both academically and athletically, ensure NCAA eligibility, how to best market yourself to college coaches – among many other things. The process can be overwhelming, particularly for families who have not gone through this process before.
Fortunately, Brad has gone through this process himself as a former Division I golfer. In recent years, he has applied his experience to navigate student-athletes through their entire recruitment, culminating in scholarship offers and commitments to such schools as Columbia University, Cal Poly, St. Mary’s, NC A&T, Wesleyan, and many others.

Because college recruitment prep is more important than ever, Brad co-founded a full-time service to specialize in this process: Athlos College Coaching. Together with his co-founder Joe Accordino, who won an EMMY during a 10-year career at ESPN, they use their knowledge in recruiting, communication, and marketing to maximize student-athletes’ chances of playing college golf.
